Common questions

Partner FAQ

What can I list?

Eligible scooters, motorcycles and self-drive cars may be submitted. Approval depends on operating city, RC verification, vehicle condition and Rentro requirements.

How are commercial terms decided?

Revenue share, deductions, settlement cycle and responsibilities are agreed before a partner vehicle goes live. No income or booking volume is guaranteed.

How are settlements tracked?

Once commercial terms are active, the admin system links partner bookings, gross amount, configured share, deductions and net payable records.

Who owns the vehicle?

Ownership remains subject to the verified RC and the written partner agreement. Rentro does not change ownership merely because a vehicle is listed.

Who handles maintenance and insurance?

Responsibilities for maintenance, insurance, permits, damage and downtime are confirmed in the written commercial agreement for each partner.

When does a vehicle become available to customers?

A vehicle can go live only after required checks and commercial terms are approved by Rentro operations.

When does Rentro send a partner settlement?

A settlement becomes eligible after the fulfilled trip is closed, payment is captured and any immediate refund or dispute hold is resolved. The applicable processing cycle is shown in the accepted commercial terms or partner account.

How can I dispute a settlement?

Email partner@rentrobike.com with the registered mobile number, vehicle registration and booking or settlement reference. Rentro will review the linked calculation, deductions and transfer status.
