The included kilometre limit and excess-kilometre charge are shown for the selected 7, 15 or 30-day vehicle plan. Additional usage is settled at the displayed rate.
Can I extend my RentroFlex booking?+
Open My Booking before the current return time. Extension depends on vehicle availability and payment of the additional applicable rental amount.
Can I return the vehicle before the rental ends?+
An early return can be requested through Rentro support. The final settlement follows the cancellation and refund conditions shown with your booking.
When will I receive my refundable deposit?+
Eligible deposit refunds are processed after vehicle return, inspection and settlement of any valid pending charges.
